Digital Download and Refund Policy

Digital Delivery

Products are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped. After a successful order, files can normally be accessed from the order confirmation and My Account. Delivery may be delayed while payment is pending or under review.

Before Purchasing

Review the description, included pages, file format, software requirements and preview images. Colors and print output may vary by screen, printer, paper and settings.

Refund Eligibility

Because files can be accessed immediately, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered after download, except where required by law. Contact us for duplicate charges, a wrong file, access failure after reasonable troubleshooting or a materially defective file. We may provide replacement, assistance or an appropriate refund.

Requesting Help

Email updatestuday@gmail.com with your order number, checkout email, product name and issue, preferably within 14 days. Do not include passwords or complete payment details.

Free Products

Free downloads are provided as available and may be updated, replaced or removed. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
